Schedule a listing

Step-by-step

   Open the desktop app and go to Appointments, then connect your Calendly account.

   Go to the Inventory page and select one or more vehicles.

   Click Listings → select a Facebook account → choose 'Schedule'.

   Pick a future date and time, and set a gap between listings if scheduling multiple vehicles.

   Click 'Schedule' to save.

   You can verify the schedule in the Appointments page—click on the event for that date to view details, edit, or delete it.

   You can also monitor the status of your scheduled listings from the Appointments page.

   Make sure the desktop app is open when the scheduled time arrives; if it isn’t, the listing will be posted once the app is opened.
